There are lots of kinds of health practices the skills in the world. It also surely can be found in Indonesia. One of them is about the branch of health care expertise was recently name increasingly sticking i.e. Chiropractic.

Chiropractic itself actually means “done by hand”. Overall, this concerned with the practice of chiropractic spinal manipulation with motion and beat the suddenly done by someone trained, Although spinal manipulation has been known since Hippocrates, but the kind of modern chiropractic recently was discovered in 1895 by DD Palmer. The first chiropractic school was founded in Iowa USA, next 2 years i.e. in the year 1897.

The form of the science is in fact related to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders of the muscular system, the nervous & bones (neuromuskuloskeletal). The principle that should be adhered to, among others, is holism, vitalism, naturalism, conservatism, rationalism, humanism, critical, and ethics.

Holism i.e. principles see handling the patient thoroughly. Vitalism i.e. believed that living things have special entity that sets it apart with no life. Naturalism that trust that the world is governed by natural law, rather than the supernatural. Conservatism that dotted heavy on tradition. Critical rationalism are based on rational thought which was critical of any theory. Humanism based on all issues related to human beings. And, conduct that aims to set up everything with harmony.

In practice, along with a proliferation of Chiropractic as one option health practices expertise then there needs to be an education/training are obvious. Among other things, WHO in 2005 had been issued the WHO Guidelines on Basic Training and Safety in Chiropractic. In addition, other regulations by State is also required to further give you an idea of a clear scope for practitioners and also society. So, if it is necessary, then the officer should refer to chiropractic patients fit the circumstances of his patients and corresponding needs required by the patient.
