Some side effects

Soy can provoke some light side effects like bloating, constipation and nausea. It can trigger allergic reactions as well which involve rash and itching among some people. Prolonged usage of high consumption of soy diets is unsafe. Consuming large quantity can cause abnormal tissue growth within the uterus of women.
