Home Treatment For Back Acne – Tips And Tricks For Your Back Acne
Finding a home treatment for back acne can be insanely frustrating, so I’d like to give you some of the more time proven tips and tricks that you can use to say goodbye to annoying bacne.
Watch Hazel - Used to clear away the dead skin cells and oil found on the skin’s surface that clog up the pores creating acne, witch hazel is pretty good at preventing future breakouts from happening and leaves your skin oily free. The really nice thing about this treatment is that it’s really cheap, and you probably already have it in your house. Try to use your hand or a gentle shower scrubber to spread this over the affected areas on your back, let sit for a couple minutes then rinse off. You can do this every morning and night when in the shower if it doesn’t become irritable to your skin.
Apple Cider Vinegar - I’ve been using this as a topical (on the skin) and oral (put inside the body) treatment for acne for some time now and have seen better results from this alone than most popular acne products I’ve used. This helps with acne as it cleans out your body of all the toxins that you have floating around your body that cause breakouts. As a topical treatment, it helps lower the redness of the pimple making it smaller and less noticeable, and gives your skin a glowing, healthy look.
In the morning, and in the evening, drink 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water. The taste is pretty hard to get use to at first, but you will and the results are well worth it. When I’m taking a shower, I use this on my skin as a toner. Let it sit for a couple minutes then rinse off. As I said before, the smell and taste is something to get use to, but its something worth doing for the results.
Exfoliate - This is when you take a gentle shower scrub over the skin and gently rub away the dead skin cells that have become stuck to the skin. This is necessary as dead skin cells and the oil mix and dry together, almost like a glue, clogging up the pores. Practicing this three times a week will insure that you breakout less and not nearly as bad. Though, don’t do this too often as you can end up irritating the acne and the skin making your problem worse.
Healthy Foods - Make sure to eat foods that are organic. Most of the food made nowadays are covered in pesticides and pumped up with hormones that are incredibly harmful to your body. You could literally be eating your way into your next breakout. So try to eat foods that are more organic in nature. I try to make it a rule for myself to stay away from most foods that have been packaged as most are not organic.
